This section explains who is a Portal User and who is a SCS Participant.
SCS Participant
SCS Participants are individuals who receive services through SCS. SCS Participants can manage their services themselves or receive assistance from someone.
Portal User
Portal Users are individuals who can manage the services of one or more SCS Participants on My Portal:
– If a SCS Participant manages their services, they are also the Portal User.
– If a SCS Participant receives assistance in managing their services, the Portal User will be the person providing that assistance.
Portal Users who manage services for more than one SCS Participant can access all of their information from one location in My Portal.
