Join the 2nd annual Accessible Halloween Trick or Treating event, presented by Ability Hive & GoĆ«tArt Altruism, designed to create a safe, inclusive, and sensory-friendly Halloween experience for the special needs and disabled community. Itâs a chance to enjoy Halloween in a supportive and understanding community.
There is no sign-up for the event. All you need to do is show up – And we can’t wait to see you!
What to expect:
-Tables with treats & non-food items at the end of driveways
-Held during the day for increased visibility, warmer weather (Hopefully) and no harsh or bright halloween lighting for those with light sensitivities
-No loud music or unexpected sounds
-No huge crowds to navigate usually found on halloween night
-Amazing halloween decorations and atmosphere
-A chill, welcoming and accepting event
