Join our inclusive program that nurtures a sense of self worth and purpose, as we age together. We strive to reduce barriers to participation by providing meaningful engagement, new friendships and connections in our communities!
The activities include; swimming, horticulture, cooking, dance and movement, arts and culture, literacy and computer learning activities.

TIPES is running a number of Social Programs this spring, including the PEERSs Program for teens 13-17 years of age with “high functioning” ASD or ADHD who have difficulty making and keeping friends. This 12 week program is sponsored by an Ottawa Community Foundation Grant so we are running it at a reduced cost.

BB is for children For children 6-9 years of age with Autism, ADHD and other exceptionalities who need support with social skills. This is a partnership with the Military Family Resource Centre of Trenton and the program is open to civilian and military families.

Building Blocks is for kids 6-8 or 9 years of age and goes from April 7th to May 26th.
Puzzle Project is for siblings ages 9-12 years of age.
PEERS- This program is for teens 13-17 years of age who have Autism or ADHD and are motivated to attend and participate. Parents can attend as well.
Fostering Forever Friendships focuses on fostering the independence and continued growth of adults 18-45 years old with special needs in a safe and inclusive environment. Our goal is to integrate the day program with opportunities to engage in creative outlets, to participate in community outreach, and to enhance daily living skills. Fostering Forever Friendships will run on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:00am to 3:00pm.
We are accepting registrations to our March Break program for Young Adults (ages 18+). Our full day ‘Lifestyle Recreation’ offers a variety of experiences in several diverse activities that will give the participants an opportunity to practice and improve their social skills and self esteem as well as many important life skills.
The activities include; yoga, health and lifestyle choices, sports and movement, cooking club, money management, music, arts and culture, science, and literacy learning activities.
Location: Tom Brown Arena – Upstairs Hall
Date: Monday March16- Friday March 20, 2020
Time: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
Cost: $343.75+HST (for all 5 sessions, includes lunch)
*Our service and supports are accepted by SSAH, and Passport funding.
