We are excited to offer 4 days of our ‘Lifestyle Recreation’ programming over the Holiday Break. We offer a variety of experiences in several diverse activities that will give the participants an opportunity to practice and improve their social skills and self esteem as well as many important life skills.
The activities include; Lifestyle Recreation Holiday Ottawa (December)
yoga, health and lifestyle choices, sports and movement, cooking club, money management, music, arts and culture, science, and literacy learning activities.
This program is implemented by our skilled Recreation Therapist(s) to identify other areas of needs, abilities, strengths and interests on an individual. We offer a lunch of which the group prepares together and with careful consideration of dietary needs.
Service’s and supports are accepted by SSAH, and Passport funding.

Prop Dancing and Yoga Sessions
Prop Dancing sessions allow participants to experience in their own unique way:
– Creative movement
– Dance fitness
– Dance props
Yoga sessions introduce participants to a variety of Yoga poses and gain the unique benefits which therapeutic yoga can bring.
