The Therapeutic Riding Association of Ottawa-Carleton (TROtt) is holding a free and accessible Hallowe’en event inspired by Treat Accessibly on Saturday, Nov. 2 between 1 and 4 pm at 6362 Bank Street. Families with children and youth with and without disabilities are invited to show off their Hallowe’en costumes, meet our wonderful horses and join in games, crafts and treats.
