Service Navigation

Assist you to start your application to Ministry funded adult developmental services
Confirm if you are eligible for adult developmental services
Provide you with information about developmental services and available community resources

Adult Case Management

Case management at SCS is a collaborative, inclusive and individualized process. We work towards goal setting, planning, advocating and exploring available community resources to support the achievement of personal outcomes. This service is offered in Ottawa.

A light meal will be served!
