Agencies or individuals who want to invite SCS to deliver a presentation to a group or to participate in an event such as an information fair must complete this form. This will allow us to provide the information you need from the appropriate SCS program(s) and cover any questions you may have during the presentation. Once submitted, we will review your request before contacting you to confirm the presentation.

We recommend that requests for presentations be submitted at least one month in advance, or we may not accept the invitation.
