Camp Summary
The Société franco-Ontarienne de l’autisme will be offering their summer camp “Été fou” this summer, which will take place on July 2-26. The camp is for autistic children (6-12) and their siblings. The camp offers group speech therapy sessions as well as a focus on social interactions.
Le Camp Eté fou est un programme innovateur, premier camp francophone spécialisé de l’Ontario à intégrer les enfants neuro-typiques avec enfants ayant un TSA. Cette intégration permet de favoriser le développement de la communication et des interactions sociales des enfants ayant un TSA. Il a lieu tous les étés pendant quatre (04) semaines, généralement, au cours du mois de juillet à temps plein de 9h à 16h avec un service de garde avant le début et après la fin des activités (de 08h à 09h et de 16h à 17h).
Il est destiné aux les enfants et adolescents (de 5 à 16 ans) francophones verbaux et aux enfants et adolescents neuro-typiques francophones (de 5 à 16 ans).

Camp Sans Limite
Le Camp Sans Limite est le tout premier camp d’été du CCJL dédié à offrir une expérience unique d’apprentissage et de développement social aux enfants. Nous sommes heureux de vous présenter deux camps remplis d’activités stimulantes et amusantes.
Le camp d’apprentissage et d’habiletés sociales
Ce camp qui se tiendra du 10 au 14 juillet, est spécifiquement conçu pour les enfants âgés de 8 à 12 ans. Nos enseignants et accompagnateurs expérimentés encadreront les enfants dans une variété d’activités, incluant la rééducation, la littératie, la numératie et la communication orale. Les enfants auront l’occasion de développer de nouvelles compétences et de se faire de nouveaux amis dans un environnement ludique et éducatif.
Le camp surdité, cécité ou surdicécité
Ce camp aura lieu du 17 au 21 juillet. Nous offrons une variété d’activités, incluant la rééducation, la littératie, la numératie et la communication en Langue des Signes Québécoise (LSQ). Nos enseignants et animateurs sont là pour assurer que chaque enfant se sente inclus et confortable dans notre environnement adapté à leurs besoins.

Camp Misquah is an Ottawa based non-profit summer camp that provides a special residential camping experience for adults and children with special needs in a beautiful setting on Lac Bitobi near Gracefield, Quebec, about an hour north of Ottawa. With energetic staff and high staff to camper ratios, Camp Misquah has been providing amazing summer experiences for over 50 years.

Camp Summary
Summer camps consist of seven, 5 day camps and one, 10 day camp that occurs at the end of the summer. Our summer sessions begin on the Monday with an 8am drop off at our Community Inclusion Centre in Orleans. Once everyone is checked in we provide transportation up to the camp where we run programing all weekend long. Meals, transportation and all activities are included in the camp fee. Camp ends on Friday with a 5pm arrival at our Community Inclusion Centre.

Day program that can accommodate 16+
1:1 Support: OFP’s can provide 1:1 community support to people with disabilities to maximize their independence and quality of life. Our support workers empower people to grow their independence through tailored skills training and support with appointments, shopping and everything in between. The intent of our program is to help the people who use our services build confidence, increase comfort with new resources.
Camp Summary
OFP has the capacity at their community program to support youth 16 plus on a fee-for-service basis. We would require that the youth does a tour to determine fit, and we could be somewhat flexible on the age if it seems like a good match.
We have flexibility in what we offer based on the interests of the individuals attending, including activities in the community. We also have a computer lab component to our program if this would fit their needs.

Day Camp: Tamir Summer Camp

Keshet Community Connections (KCC)- Provides integration aides for children at local summer camps and year-round in community settings. Our integration aids support children within their chosen community settings for therapeutic recreation programs. By working with Tamir’s BCBA consultant, the families build objectives for each child promoting autonomy, social skills, and friendships.
To begin the process, we invite families to fill out the application form online and you will be contacted by the Keshet Community Connections Supervisor and/or the BCBA consultant to complete the intake process and help us get to know your child.
