Resource Room and AccessOAP (Ontario Autism Program)

If you do not have a case manager assigned at SCS, you can receive support through our Resource Room by booking your appointment online at scsonline.ca/booking. We will ask you to select a service and provide information about the help you are looking for, which will help us prepare for your meeting.

Please do not schedule more than one appointment per day. If additional appointments are required, they can be scheduled separately.

AccessOAP (Ontario Autism Program) sessions at SCS will be available for registration of one-hour slots on the first Wednesday of each month starting November 5, 2025. During the sessions, families can receive help from an AccessOAP Care Coordinator to complete their registration, receive information about the program or submit their invoices during their appointment.

Children do not need to be registered with SCS to access this support, but must reach the following criteria:

  • Be under the age of 18
  • Currently live in Ontario
  • Have a written diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) from a qualified professional, which can include physicians, psychologists, nurse practitioners, or ministry-funded diagnostic hubs.

Of note: Proof of age (birth certificate, proof of live birth, valid passport, or a valid permanent resident card), residency (school report card, primary caregiver’s driver’s license or identification card, or a piece of mail), and diagnosis is required at your first AccessOAP session.

Important:

  • Aggressive behaviour, whether physical or verbal, will not be tolerated. You will be asked to leave our office.
  • Be scent aware: reduce the use of fragrances and scented products
