Backed by an MBA, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and certifications from the International Institute for Internal Auditors (IIA), he has demonstrated his expertise in budgeting, risk management, compliance, and financial systems. His career highlights include impactful tenures at the United Nations Children Fund (UNICEF), Nutrition International, and the Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre.

Known for his adaptability and strategic acumen, Belal is recognized as a resource person in risk management, compliance, and financial planning. His proficiency in major financial software marks him as a versatile asset capable of navigating complex financial systems and managing risk.
