Kirsten Gallacher-Paquette

Kirsten Gallacher-Paquette is an executive People & Culture leader and Founder of CONNECTassociates – specializing in business fractional leadership and targeted search. She has a strong business acumen, gained through extensive experience partnering with senior business leaders and Board members. Kirsten’s ability to build progressive people strategies to design and retain highly engaged teams has contributed greatly to helping numerous organizations achieve, and exceed, their strategic goals. Her career and consulting practice has spanned across a wide range of organizations, including privately held; publicly traded; and non-profit sectors. Industry knowledge gained from a variety of regulated environments including: a leading global identity and payments organization, financial services, and other tech organizations focused on digital identity and privacy, has made her an expert in advising and ensuring compliance with relevant legislative regulations. In addition to her wide range of work experience, her passion for giving back to communities has led to her volunteer involvement with The uOttawa Innovation Lab, the KN-BIA HR Leadership Council, Shelter Movers, the Ottawa Community Immigrant Service, as well as several community-based programs supporting children’s growth and development.
