We are excited to offer 4 days of our ‘Lifestyle Recreation’ programming over the Holiday Break. We offer a variety of experiences in several diverse activities that will give the participants an opportunity to practice and improve their social skills and self esteem as well as many important life skills.
The activities include; Lifestyle Recreation Holiday Ottawa (December)
yoga, health and lifestyle choices, sports and movement, cooking club, money management, music, arts and culture, science, and literacy learning activities.
This program is implemented by our skilled Recreation Therapist(s) to identify other areas of needs, abilities, strengths and interests on an individual. We offer a lunch of which the group prepares together and with careful consideration of dietary needs.
Service’s and supports are accepted by SSAH, and Passport funding.

Our mission is to assist children in reaching their full potential by helping the children obtain early intervention at the first signs of autism.
QuickStart raises awareness and initiates programs to cut wait-times, build capacity, and promote improvements in early identification and intervention. We believe there needs to be equitable services throughout Canada.
We are very pleased to welcome Craig Thompson as our new Service Coordinator for Specialized Behavioural Support Services and Family Services for the Ottawa and Cornwall regions as of September 1st, 2019.
